LINCOLN MODERN

I knew about this condo at Sony Style TV presented this. I really love to know about architecture thing and this is one I like. This condo was made very effective and also modern. But, the unique thing is (look at the picture!) : Each room was made like an "L" word. Haha. That's why I said that it was really fantastic. The interior was super too!
Wish I could have a condo like that. --a

A visionary study in the multifaceted city abode. This impressive 30 storey "loft-in-the-sky" development stylized along contemporary architectural lines in glass and metal is conceived with the modern urban iconoclast in mind. The ideal combination of hip, urban and class.

Every home is adorned with smooth materials like polished beech timber strips and honed limestone. Other intelligent details which combine form and functionality include tasteful recesses by the main door to hold the day's newspapers, Philippe Starck bathroom fixtures, Miele Kitchen appliances and a timber grating around the sunken limestone bathtub that doubles as a shower booth.

Representing a new spatial concept, each unit in The Lincoln Modern has been specially designed to accommodate impressive six-meter-high ceilings in the living areas and a spectacular glass curtain wall that allows an abundance of natural light to stream in. Incoming heat is then deflected by artfully placed devices, such as the use of double glazed glass and the clever positioning of interspatial slits between the wall and the glass façade, creating a mild wind tunnel that draws the breeze into each room. Each apartment also features motorised shades hidden in the recesses of the ceiling to allow the occupier to control the amount of light coming in.

The Lincoln Modern offers the convenience of a central location; not only just a few minutes drive from Orchard Road, it is also walking distance from Novena MRT Station or Newton MRT Station, Newton Hawker Centre, and the eateries, supermarket, shops and health club at Novena and United Square Shopping Mall’s.

ANGELS and DEMONS

Actually, I watched this movie a couple days ago. On Saturday 16th, if I'm not mistaken. I watched it with some of my friends at Djakarta Theater, as usual. They're Ton2, Danny, Aldo, Vinsen and also Wahyu. They're 2 couples too, Anne-Andre and Angie-Giov. They sat on the different row. We ate at Pizza Hut first. It was so fun. And luckily, when we wanted to get the ticket, there was an endless queue! Arghh... That was not the lucky. The lucky was the girl who was in the front queue was my friends. And then, I came to her and asked whether I could get the ticket with her. And of course she was okay! Wkwkwk... After the six of us got the ticket, we came to Burger King. DON'T MISUNDERSTANDING! we just bought ice cream sundae chocolate for a desert and waiting for the movie to begin. Danny didn't buy ice cream, so the rest of us tempting him. Haha. There was a lot of funny things. Especially, Ton2 have to sat around of the couples alone accidently. Cckckck.. so sad of him. Enough for the bla..bla thing. I want to write about the movie!

ANGELS AND DEMONS

This movie was made based on the novel written by Dan Brown, one of my fav writer. Even though most people said that Dan Brown made a "bad" story because it was about church and its beliefs, Christian and all of things. I don't want to look at that side. Cause it was also said that the story was a fiction. So there's no need to misjudge the story. I just want to know that he was a brilliant writer. So much knowledge I could get from the story, it was so fantastic and awesome. The movie was also great. It's worth! You have to watch it.
This is the synopsis :

Under the watchful eye of Father Silvano Bentivoglio and Dr. Vittoria Vetra (Ayelet Zurer), the CERN scientists start the Large Hadron Collider and manage to capture three vials of antimatter. Immediately afterward, someone kills Father Silvano, and uses his retina to break into the containment room to steal one vial of anti-matter.

In Rome, the Vatican mourns the passing of the Pope. The Vatican staff prepares for the Conclave of the College of Cardinals, which will select the next Pope. Until the Conclave selects a new Pope, the Camerlengo (Ewan McGregor) assumes day-to-day control of the Vatican. Reporters, nuns, priests and other faithful all crowd into St. Peter's Square, waiting for the white smoke from the Conclave. But the Illuminati, a 400-year old, underground secret society, kidnaps the four most likely candidates (preferratti) before the Conclave goes into seclusion. The Illuminati threatens to kill them at 8, 9, 10 and 11 PM, and then destroy the Vatican in a burst of light at midnight. A video feed shows the missing anti-matter vial, which will destroy the Vatican and parts of nearby Rome when the magnetic containment field fails.

The Vatican summons Drs. Robert Langdon (Tom Hanks) and Vittoria Vetra from CERN to help them solve the Illuminati's threat, save the four preferratti, and replace the vial vial's batteries. Langdon listens to the Illuminati message and deduces that the four cardinals will die at the four alters of the Path of Illumination. However, no one knows where these alters are located. Vetra demands the Swiss Guard fly Father Silvano's diaries from Switzerland. They hope he wrote down the name of whomever he discussed the CERN experiment. Langdon demands access to the Vatican Library (something he has requested 10 times already) to see the original copy of Galileo's banned book. Using the clue from this book, Langdon, Vetra, and Lieutenant Valenti (Victor Alfieri) of the Vatican police race to the first church, only to find the body of the first Cardinal, branded with the word, Earth (in English!). They find the direction of the church with the seond Illuminati alter, but arrive in time to see the next Cardinal die, branded with the word Air. Langdon locates the third church with the third Illuminati alter, but tries to save the third Cardinal from burning to death, while the assassin kills the Vatican policemen. He convinces the Rome police to race to the last church of the Water alter, and manages to save the last Cardinal. However, location of the last Illuminati alter remains in question.

There were (of course) some missing parts and different parts. Like Langdon was also in the plane with the carmalengo right after the antimatery was found, and the next Pope actually was the old man who was the leader of the Kardinal because all the 4 kardinals was found death, murdered. And then the missing parts were about the CERN, and also the truth that the carmalengo was the Pope's son.
Beside that, I have no regret watching this. It was so awesome. Especially the place where this movie took place. Everything was awesome.

Here is the trailer of the movie :

ONE TREE HILL

I've just found this movie. I don't know where I was when this movie out of public. Arghhh,, such a waste of time! when I knew that Chad Michael Murray was the main cast of this movie, I searched this movie. And thank God, I found the season 1 and 2. Luckily, since this movie was kinda old. I've just finally finished the season 1. And I became crazy of Chad! Wkwkwk.. basketball is really suit him since he has a tall and such a sexy body! wkwk.. XP. But, because the other starring, James Lafferty (the rival, friend and also brother) was taller, Chad seemed to be short beside him. And to be honest, He was really handsome and also cute! >0<

Aside from a love for hoops, it seemed that Lucas (Chad Michael Murray) and Nathan (James Lafferty) were two young men with little in common, but they were bound by the fact that they share the same father. The star of the high school basketball team, Nathan hails from a wealthy family, while his half-brother Lucas is the only child of a single mom.

Lucas's transition into Nathan's world created an instant love triangle with Peyton Sawyer (Hilarie Burton). Although she was Nathan's girlfriend at the time, Peyton felt an instant connection to Lucas. Complicating things even more, Peyton's feisty best friend, Brooke Davis (Sophia Bush), quickly set her sights on Lucas. It didn't take Nathan long to notice Lucas's best friend, Haley, an intriguing girl who helped Nathan become a kinder person in the process.

While the teenagers struggled to find their places in the world, the adults in Tree Hill were left to deal with the residue of decisions they made years ago. Nathan's father Dan and Lucas's mother Karen were high school sweethearts. When Karen became pregnant during their senior year, she was devastated by Dan's decision to put his own life and career first. He went off to college on a basketball scholarship, leaving Karen behind to raise their son Lucas alone.

When Dan's dream of a basketball career didn't work out, he returned to town with Deb, the wife he met in college, and his newborn son, Nathan. There he found his older brother Keith serving as Lucas's surrogate father and would-be suitor to Karen.

Aside from her troubles with Nathan, Haley struggles to find a way to balance music, school, love and friendship. Coming back isn't as easy as she thought it would be. While some friends will welcome her back with open arms, there are those that are still hurt by her sudden departure. Despite all her attempts to reclaim her old life, Haley may be forced to accept that some broken friendships may be beyond repair.

The result was we can make the dirty water became clean. Really clean. but the pH was still under 7. It means the water still acid. And on the second meeting, we finally can make it clean and also netral (pH = 7). We did it a t Erika's house. Jl Tulung Agung no.12. Jakarta Pusat. Date : Saturday, May 9th 2009. Yipee!! I really love to do this.

THE RESULT : (from bottom to top)
The system (in the gallon):
The layer :

2. Ijuk
3. fine sand (pasir halus)
4. Ijuk
5. Coral stone (batu koral)
6. Ijuk
7. Roof tile (genting)
8. Ijuk

The Mixture of Water :
